Chefs of Cuisine of tomorrow

Edmund Rice CBPS  reached the Final of the University of Ulster Mini-Chef Competition.

The boys have been involved in the Step Up Science Engagement Programme ‘ Engaging Young Minds’ organised by the University and entered the competition to come up with a tasty meal.

Sean, Dylan, Lewis and Shay came up with a healthy option – potato based ham and mixed peppers pizza.

After designing a poster, the boys were selected to cook their meal along with a smoothie and present to the judges for tasting.

The judges complimented the boys on their presentation and taste.
